Carrying on the philosophy that GatSplat created is paramount in our search for partners interested in owning their own GatSplat facility. It will require a dedication in time and financial resources.
We are seeking individuals that have shown a track record of success, either in their own business, or working for others. A potential GatSplat owner or licensee should have a credit score of 700, a minimum of $50,000.00 liquid capital and a net worth of at least $200,000.
The number one question we get is “What will it cost to open a GatSplat?”
That is not an easy question as there are so many variables. The main difference in cost is the acquisition costs of the real estate. Are you renting or buying a location? Are you trying to add a 10,000 square foot License add on to an existing business, or are you doing a ground up, turn key 25,000 square foot location?
A good ball park number to start from is your goal is to find a building that you can get into keeping the overhead to $8,000 a month or so, then you will have anywhere from $100,000 to $200,000 in finish out and equipment – depending on the size and location of the facility.
